ObiomaUniversity
The academy for the nurse who owns their career
Global Nursing track

The same NCLEX.
Every nurse on Earth.

Whether you trained in Manila, Lagos, New Delhi, or Dallas, the NCLEX is the same exam — and the same clinical judgment wins it. Obioma trains international nurses for the exam, the licensure path, and the career on the other side.

The path

US licensure for internationally educated nurses

The general route — requirements vary by state, so always confirm with your state board of nursing.

1 · Credential evaluation

Your nursing education is evaluated by a credentials service recognized by the state board (for example CGFNS). You receive a report your board can act on.

2 · English proficiency

Most boards require a passing English exam score (such as IELTS or TOEFL) before you can register for the NCLEX.

3 · NCLEX registration

Register for the NCLEX-RN with Pearson VUE and schedule at a testing center — now available in many countries, not just the US.

4 · Visa & immigration (if applying for a visa)

Visa applicants generally need a VisaScreen certificate. Requirements change — verify with your sponsor or immigration attorney.

Requirements vary by state and change over time. Obioma trains you for the exam itself — always confirm licensure and immigration details with your state board, CGFNS, and the US Department of State.
Where Obioma fits

The exam is the same. The judgment is the same.

The NCLEX Next Gen tests clinical judgment — recognizing cues, prioritizing, acting, evaluating. That's exactly what Obioma's case engine trains: real NGN cases with step-by-step rationales, in plain English, built on the NCLEX Clinical Judgment Measurement Model.

Case-based learning

Learn the judgment, not just the facts — the same way the exam tests you.

Plain, clear English

Explanations written for a global audience — no insider slang, every rationale unpacked.
